Due to our exciting expansion our organisation is seeking a professional dynamic sales associate to join our growing team.Training2Care is a nationwide training provider based in Feering, Essex with an established clientele. We provide a wide range of health and social care courses to health and social care providers across the UK and we are seeking a candidate who has a proven track record in sales who is confident and able to sell health and social care courses to new and existing clients. This role is unique and offers potential for career progression within an established and growing business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in sales (at least 6 months)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT Skills (ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the care industry and experience in selling business to business is advantageous but not essential.

Trainee Health and Social Care Trainer

Training2Care is leading national health and social care training provider looking for experienced health and social care people to train as a trainer, our dynamic and friendly team. We are providers of the renowned Virtual Dementia Tour and newly launched Autism Reality Experience and pride ourselves in innovative and exciting training delivery.

The role involves delivering a range of health and social care courses to care and support staff working in a variety of settings. We are seeking experienced trainers who have excellent skills in training delivery who wish to further their career and take on a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for excellence in care and support. Successful applicants will receive employee benefits including:
