Training 2 CARE are proud to promote the Outside Clinic to raise awareness of a vital community service that is available to those people unable to leave their home unaided.

The Outside Clinic is a national NHS approved provider of domiciliary and community health services with a 30 year heritage as a leading adult eye and hearing care specialist for those unable to access a high street provider. They have 120 qualified optometrists who are experienced in dealing with elderly and vulnerable people.

We are also able to benefit care providers by offering this service within your care home, by professionals who we have been trained to deliver this important work to people living with dementia.

So why have Training 2 CARE decided to promote the Outside Clinic?

1. Only 20% of the people eligible actually know that this service is available.
2. They are the only national provider that has 'Portable digital retinal cameras' which means they can offer a comparable service to what you would expect in the high street but in the comfort of the home.
3. The Outside Clinic are the recommended domiciliary provider for Boots Opticians.
4. All staff are trained to understand how best to support people living with dementia and other conditions.
5. Dedicated free phone number to prioritise Training 2 CARE's clients - 0800 95 49 090
